Description
- Deliver in-flight customer service to set standards for customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain proper utilization of company property to avoid wastage and misuse.
- Implement health, safety and security standards to ensure compliance within regulatory requirements and company standards on every flight.
- Sell duty free items to maximize profits.
- Resolve all Opportunities to improve on board and close feedback with the assistant Flight Purser.
- Deliver onboard quality customer service according to company set standards to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty and make recommendations where necessary.
Requirements
- Must be a Kenyan citizen.
- O or A level academic achievement or equivalent.
- Two (2) years’ experience in the aviation, hospitality, and tourism industry. customer service environment is desirable with a natural flair for hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- IT proficient.
- Ability to swim.

- Foreign language proficiency and fluency is an added advantage.
