You will be paid this salary for 1-2 years, then it’s increased to Ksh 125,000 to Ksh 130,000 after training. During training, they don’t review salaries for trainees.
When you go for an interview, you may be tempted to quote something like Ksh 50,000 thinking that if you quote Ksh 75,000, you may not get the job. Even if you quote Ksh 30k, they will still pay you Ksh 75,0000 to Ksh 85,000 because that is the standard salary for fresh graduates.
Deloitte Graduate Trainee Requirements in Kenya
- Minimum Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) overall grade of B plain, with a B plain in Mathematics and English or equivalent.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with a minimum of Second Upper Division or equivalent.
