IT Manager—Ksh 150,000 to Ksh 200,000
Direct Sales Representative—Ksh 20,000 to Ksh 30,000
If you join Access Bank as a graduate trainee, don’t expect the salary to rise for the first 2 years. You will be paid Ksh 55,000 to Ksh 60,000 for at least 1 year. After the second year, the salary will be reviewed upwards. With 3-5 years of experience, your pay will range between Ksh 70,000 and Ksh 100,000.
