Qualifications
Below 26 years of age
At least second upper in your undergraduate course
Professional certification is an added advantage
Standard chartered prefer students in their final year of study or those who have just graduated. They also prefer graduates with professional certification like ACCA,CFA ,CIFA,CISA ,Actuarial professional course or CPA.
Expected salary
The first salary will be Ksh 45,000 to Ksh55,000.You will earn this amount during training which takes 1 to 2 years. When the training is over, the salary will be reviewed upwards to Ksh 55,000 to Ksh65,000 per month.
If you manage to work for Standard Chartered Bank for at least 5 years, your salary will be over Ksh 100,000. You will also be earning annual bonuses when targets are met.
How interview is conducted
Interviews are conducted through online aptitude test and face to face interview. They are at least 3 interviews to get the best employees. At least 10 graduates will then be employed.
