Airtel Money has reviewed charges for withdrawing and sending money to other networks. The lowest amount of money to withdraw is Ksh 10 which you aren’t charged. The company charges Ksh 9 for those withdrawing Ksh 50 to Ksh 100.If you want to withdraw Ksh 1, 000, you are charged Ksh 23.To transfer the same amount to Safaricom,you’re charged Ksh 10.
If you want to withdraw Ksh 5, 000, Airtel will charge you Ksh 40.The maximum amount to withdraw through Airtel money is Ksh150,000 and charges are Ksh 270.This is cheaper than Safaricom by Ksh30.
