Kantar Kenya offers Graduate Trainee positions to Kenyan graduates.The program lasts for 1 year.During the training period, the trainees earn Ksh 30,000 Ksh 45,000 per month. Those who are lucky to be absorbed as permanent employees earn Ksh 55,000 to Ksh 75,000 per month as starting salary.
The good thing about Kantar is that there are plenty of field work opportunities where trainees earn per diem.Your salary can be Ksh 35,000 per month but when you include per diem,the total amount you take home rises to Ksh 60,000.They pay Ksh 2,000 to Ksh 3,000 per day for field work to graduate trainees.
Graduate Trainee Requirements
Do you already hold a 3-year degree, preferably in Research, Marketing, Statistics, Business Science, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science? Are you PC literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, with excellent English writing and verbal skills and numerical competency? If so, get in touch today!
Previous in-house media planning knowledge or experience will be a definite advantage, as well as a natural aptitude for quantitative research, qualitative research and brand development, but no previous research experience is required.
