This is the salary paid when you are newly recruited. Training takes up to 2 years. During this period, your salary is not reviewed, it will only be reviewed upwards after two years. After training, you will earn Ksh 65,000 to Ksh 75,000 as the starting salary.
Any graduate who has worked at I&M for 3 years will earn more than Ksh 75,000 per month.

Qualifications
Graduates with a Master’s degree or exceptional Undergraduate degree holders.
Technical Certification Courses (in lieu of a university degree) in specialist areas.

To easily get a job, you must score first class. If you scored a second class lower in undergraduate, ensure that you pursue a professional course or Masters. The bank rarely employs graduates with second lower division.
The best professional course is CFA, ACCA, CPA, CFE or CIFA.
